Allied to FEA is meshing. Hence Vaftsy has developed a resource pool of Meshing Engineers who are made available to clients as per requirements.
These resources may also travel on site to deliver work if deemed necessary. Such Staffing is provided on Project as well as Monthly basis.

Meshing resources are trained to work as per client criteria, and have experience of 2-D Sheet Metal Meshing, LS DYNA Plastics Criteria Meshing, Foam HEX meshing, Engine Block HEX meshing, TET meshing

Skill Sets
Based on the choice of elements and nature of distribution of elements meshes can be categorized as:
- Hex Meshing : Usage of 20 or 8 node brick/hex elements
- Tet Meshing : Usage of 10 or 4 node tetrahedral elements
- Structured Meshing : Usage of regularly shaped and sized elements
- Graded Meshing : Usage of different mesh sizes for different locations in a model
